For small businesses

Send this week’s agreements from one place.

Send quotes, contractor agreements, offer letters and supplier terms the same way. People sign on their phone, and you can see which ones are done. Maple eSign is Canadian-owned and hosted in Canada. It’s free to use, and you can sign up online, for yourself or your team.

At the counter

Customers can sign a quote while they’re at the counter.

Send the quote to the customer’s phone. They read it and sign with a finger in their phone’s browser, and the quote on your board shows as signed.

Templates

Set up each agreement once, send it every week.

Save your quote, contractor agreement, offer letter, NDA and supplier terms as templates. The fields stay where you put them, and only the names, dates and amounts change. To send the same one to many people, upload a CSV of up to 500 rows. A new account can send 5 documents a day until we’ve reviewed it, for 14 days at most.

Who owns it and where it runs

How Maple eSign handles trust

What Maple eSign doesn’t do yet

It doesn’t take payments or deposits or send text messages, and it doesn’t connect to your point-of-sale or accounting software. Signers get their link by email. Also, Ontario’s and British Columbia’s e-commerce laws leave out wills, and powers of attorney for a person’s finances or personal care, so check before you send one of those.
