For schools and daycares
Send permission slips that families sign online.
Send each family in the class its own slip. Each guardian signs their own line in their browser, on a phone or a computer, and you can see which slips are back before you book the bus. Maple eSign is Canadian-owned and hosted in Canada. It’s free to use, and you can sign up online, for yourself or your team.
Class lists
Upload the class list, and each family gets its own slip.
Upload your class list as a CSV with one row per family: the student’s name, and each guardian’s name and email. Families with one guardian go in a separate CSV with a one-guardian slip. Each slip has the child’s name already filled in, in English or French. Nothing is sent until you confirm, and the list fills in as slips come back. A new account can send 5 documents a day until we’ve reviewed it, for 14 days at most.

Templates
Save the forms you use every year as templates.
Field trip permission, photo consent, pickup authorization and emergency contact forms keep their fields where you put them. Each time, only the student, the date and the families change.

Your board’s rules come first.
Your school board, your province and your own policies decide which forms need a signature, from whom, and how long you keep them. Check them before you move a form to e-signature. Maple eSign sends slips by email only, with no text messages, so a family without email will still need a paper copy.
Send your next slip with Maple eSign.
