Maple eSign and SignNow

SignNow’s plans include a set number of invites, and Maple eSign doesn’t count them.

SignNow doesn’t charge per user. Its annual plans include 100 signature invites a year, and you pay as you go after that. Move the slider to the number of agreements you send in a week. Maple eSign has no price per invite. It’s Canadian-owned and hosted in Canada.

What counts

One invite is one request, even when nobody signs.

SignNow counts an invite each time you send a document, or a group of documents, for signing, to one person or to several. Its help centre says an email invite counts as soon as it’s sent, and cancelling it doesn’t give it back.

  1. +1 inviteSent

    Sent to three signers

One request to sign, sent to several recipients, counts once.

  2. +1 inviteNot signed

    Sent, not signed yet

“Email invites are counted immediately when sent, even if not yet signed.”

  3. +1 inviteCancelled

    Cancelled before anyone signs

“Canceling an invite does not return it to your available balance.”

On Maple eSign, none of the three has a price.
