Maple eSign and PandaDoc
PandaDoc builds the whole proposal, and Maple eSign gets it signed.
PandaDoc puts together the cover, scope, pricing table and quote. Maple eSign only handles the page your client signs. If you already write your proposals in Word or as PDFs, that’s the part you need, and Maple eSign does it for free.

The page that gets signed
If your proposal is already written, upload it and send it for signature.
You can write it in Word, Google Docs or PandaDoc. Save it as a PDF, upload it to Maple eSign, add the signature and date fields, and send it. Your client signs in their browser, and you get a sealed copy with its certificate.
